We are Seeking an Experienced Leadman to Join Our Team

Benchmark Landscape, Inc. is a dynamic and growing organization that provides Commercial Landscape Maintenance and Installation Services. We are presently servicing the San Diego area from three locations.

Job Description: Performs the tasks necessary to provide the best landscape maintenance service and works with minimal supervision, in an effective and professional manner. The Advanced Leadman must know and be able to perform the following landscape maintenance tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Able to communicate in Spanish
Demonstrate ability to lead and supervise 2 to 5 employees and be able to set priorities
Demonstrate ability to train and delegate
Sharpen cutting tools
Apply granular chemicals after proper training
Familiar with company’s Maintenance Program and Guidelines

Requirements

Complete training for the application of chemicals
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Read and write in either English or Spanish

Required Experience

Landscape Maintenance: 2 years preferred
