La Jolla Centre III, an Irvine Company property, showcases the unique design, planning, and creativity of our award-winning Installation Team. Led by experienced project manager, Jay Worsham, and foreman, Oscar Gomez, the landscape installation was a huge success and a proud accomplishment for Benchmark.

The 15-story building, designed by architect Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, is part of Irvine Company’s “La Jolla Centre Superblock” in the UTC area of La Jolla. The building houses luxury office space and offers high-end amenities for its tenants, including Taj Mahal quartzite floors and base, white oak wood walls, stainless steel elevator doors and frames, an engaging, grand media wall, and a 5-level parking structure. The building is also LEED certified and utilizes reclaimed water in areas such as heating and cooling, irrigation, and plumbing.

Highlights of the installation include the relocation of a 144″ boxed, Coral tree along with a large, covered outdoor workspace. Designed to enhance productivity, this area is a focal point of the property and incorporates a functional, well-designed plant palette.
