Poway company improves Oceanside Homeowners Association park’s landscape

Benchmark Landscape, one of Southern California’s leading commercial maintenance and landscape installation companies recently completed renovations at Villa Trinidad’s homeowners’ association park in Oceanside, CA.

Benchmark Landscape relocated the children’s play area to the front of the park, extended all the walkways and added a staircase at the entryway. A paver patio area with picnic tables and several planters with drought tolerant plants were incorporated eliminating much of the water wasting turf. Additionally, Benchmark Landscape installed electrical conduit for future landscaping lighting.

“The Villa Trinidad park renovation was a special project for Benchmark Landscape. We installed the original park and landscaping of the community back in the late 80’s when the homes were built,” said Craig Mohns, Vice-President of Benchmark Landscape. “It has been our pleasure to serve this community and maintain the park for the past 20 plus years. We are pleased with the results of the renovation and know that it will not only save the homeowners on water costs, but will continue to be a source of pride for the community.”
