This letter is to commend one of your employees, Oscar. He has done an excellent job on our yard. It is looking better than it ever has. It is my hope that you continue to have him supervise our landscape maintenance. He seems to be spread rather thin lately but even so is keeping our yard in excellent shape. I know how easy it is to overuse competent employees then lose them from overwork. Please do not let this happen to Oscar.
