Tenants of Diamond View Tower in Downtown San Diego can now enjoy a baseball game without ever leaving the office. The Benchmark Team recently completed a rooftop garden installation at this high-rise, overlooking Petco Park, that will include entertaining areas and furniture – perfect for game days, barbecues, and outdoor activities.

The project, an estimated value of $150k, was a collaboration with landscape architects from the Office of James Burnett (OJB), Project Manager Dennis Bozykowski, and the Benchmark Installation Team, led by veteran Foreman Oscar Gomez.

Benchmark’s South County branch will continue on with the monthly landscape maintenance service for the property.
