Benchmark Landscaping has been attending to the care and maintenance of my
Poway Business Park property for nearly two years now. In that short time they
have earned nothing less than my highest regard for outstanding knowledge,
service and support.

When I contracted with Benchmark, my previous landscape company
was charging substantially more to maintain this property.
Benchmark quickly proved that I was receiving lesser service as well. For
example, each month a Benchmark Account Manager visits with my property
manager to review issues, make recommendations, and provide written
documentation for follow up and closure. This is an appreciated and valuable
personalized service.

Within two months the difference was obvious. Several bougainvillea plants
were previously being cut back too far, never to bloom. Now they are bright red
and a welcome sight outside our roll up doors. Our pygmy date and
Mediterranean palm trees are well manicured, as is the small strip of grass on
the north side of the building. Leslie (our account manager) also spotted a large
palm tree with a rotting disease that required removal before infecting the others.
It was an obvious problem, one ignored by our previous landscape company for months.
