Benchmark Landscape, one of Southern California’s leading commercial maintenance and landscape installation companies has completed its $2.5 million landscape installation project at Palomar Medical Center West in Escondido, CA.

Benchmark incorporated various environmental elements such as large boulder outcroppings, unique natural rock walls and monuments at focal points and entryways. An extensive plant pallet consisting of California native and drought tolerant plants, succulents and grasses along with California Sycamore and Live Oak trees were utilized to keep with the California-friendly theme. Additionally, Benchmark Landscape installed numerous
bio-swales that drain to five bio-basins to filter surface runoff and an extensive drip irrigation system that uses recycled water.
